It was our 30th Symposium and as such featured special talks and a 30 year retrospective, as well as looking ahead.

In-person delegates in Bristol benefitted from social and networking events, a commemorative mug and a specially created book '30 Years of Safer Systems' containing selected articles from the past 30 years of the SCSC Newsletter, and also hardcopy versions of new Working Group Guidance documents.
