Hello from the SCSC team! We hope you are keeping well and are surviving lockdown. Despite the current situation, the SCSC is continuing to be active for the safety engineering community.
This is the first of a regular series of ‘eFlyer’ - an electronic communication to bring you relevant news and links, to supplement the other publications and things we do.
* Those of you who receive a hardcopy version will receive this in the coming weeks. Please make sure your postal address details are current on the SCSC website!

We are monitoring government guidelines on social distancing for all forthcoming events.
Where attendance is an issue, we will be offering a reduced number of places and/or remote connection to the event.
SCSC working group meetings are continuing their normal schedule taking place on-line.
The Covid-19 Working Group (C19WG) meets weekly on Thursday afternoons.
This group is involved with discussion, analysis and assistance related to the Coronavirus. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in participating.
The recently formed Multi- and Manycore Safety Working Group is led by Louise Harney. Regular meetings of the group are held 11:00 – 12:00 every other Friday via Webex. These meetings will include presentations from members of the WG on their multi- and manycore experience so far.
