This report provides provisional guidance on software measurement, intended for integration into software management guidance under development by DE&S SEIG. The target users of the guidance comprise Delivery Teams and related DE&S roles that have responsibilities in software product and service acquisition. The report is written for SEIG as a step between recent SSEI Management Theme research and final guidance material to be made available to the target users.
