The symposium had a special flavour this year, celebrating the club?s successes over the years and giving a taste of what the next 30 years in safety engineering might be like. After being forced to run entirely online last year, the Safety-Crit-ical Systems Club?s annual Symposium finally returned to an in-person event hosted at the Bristol Royal Marriott in February. This was a blended event with significant online attendance, and a mix of physical and virtual presentations ? the first symposium of its kind in the club?s 30-year history.
